Description

This series are consisted by workbench (ark) and semi- physical machine simulation model. By combining the electrical parts and the mechanical parts of the machine, the whole movements of the machine can be showed perfectly, thus making the teaching more vivid. This device is suitable for the training and assessment on machine electrical parts for primary, intermediate and senior maintenance electrician skill testing.
Main features:
1. The function of the semi-physical simulation model is a reference to the actual machine, according to the design of a certain size scaling.
2. The electrical operation of this series can realize all kinds of the movements of machine.
3. Corresponding test points are set on the panel of device according to all electrical connection point, thus easy for students to judge. Troubleshooting switches are also set at the bottom of the panel.
4. The voltage grade of the semi-physical simulation model is the same as the real one.
5. Training manager is equipped here, so fault can be set through non-contact RF card, training time, number of troubleshooting, power control management can be achieved.
