QSSJC-CF1 Numerical controlled lathe training system (FANUC)
This numerical control system adopts FANUC 0i MATE-MD and open architecture design, and decomposes electric control system of numerical controlled lathe modularly. It has functions of installation and debugging, parameter settings, PMC programming, fault diagnosis and maintenance, numerical control programming for numerical controlled lathe. Special swiping-card fault setting unit and troubleshooting operating unit are designed in this device, so several typical electrical faults of numerical controlled lathe can be set. Teacher sets some faults, then students troubleshoot the faults on the operating unit based on analysis and judgment. By this way this device achieves the functions of fault repair assessment for numerical controlled lathe.

QSSJC-CH1
The main function is the same as the “QSSJC-CF1 CNC lathe comprehensive training system (FANUC)”, except that the CNC unit using HUAZHONG company “Century Star HNC-2lTD” turning system.

QSSJC-CS1
The main function is the same as the “QSSJC-CS1 CNC lathe comprehensive training system (FANUC)”, except that the CNC unit using SIEMENS “SINUMERIK 808D sl” CNC system.

QSSJC-CD1
The main function is the same as the “QSSJC-CF1 CNC lathe comprehensive training system (FANUC)”, except that the CNC unit using HUAZHONG company system.
