Description

QSSJC-CS1 CNC lathe machine training system (Siemens)
This cabinet is designed by modular structure with the characteristic of flexible combination, convenient system upgrade and maintenance. Different units can be installed on the full steel system framework. Each unit is connected by cable, and is designed with operation panel. The panel is open and rich in contents, multiple students can operate at the same time, and teacher can take guidance easily. Two pieces of mesh plate (800 mm * 600 mm) are installed on the back side of the system, students can carry out variety of machine electrical assembly training with them.

QSSJCS-HS1 Four in one Numerical controlled machine electrical control and maintenance training platform (Siemens) (cross tables)
This platform is consisted by training platform and biaxial cross table, and “Siemens SINUMERIK 808D” numerical controlled system is equipped. Open architecture is adopted, and electronic control system of numerical controlled machine can be decomposes on this platform. Several functions like numerical controlled lathe, numerical controlled milling machine, machining center, turning center can be realized and corresponding training can be carried out. It can meet the needs of the teaching and skill training of electrical applications and electrical maintenance of numerical controlled machine in vocational colleges, and assessment tasks can also be completed.
Biaxial cross table is driven by two AC servo motors, which can move in both X and Y direction. With the further function of carrying knives on Z axis, the trajectory can be described on paper. Limited position switch and reference point switch are designed on X, Y axis. This platform has non-contact card management system, which can set training time, timing alarm, fault, leakage alarm, over-current alarm, and cut off power supply, communicate with teacher’s computer, thus makes the management easily.
