Description

This numerical control system adopts FANUC 0i MATE-MD and open architecture design, and decomposes electric control system of numerical controlled milling machine modularly. It has functions of installation and debugging, parameter settings, PMC programming, fault diagnosis and maintenance, numerical control programming for numerical controlled milling machine. Special swiping-card fault setting unit and troubleshooting operating unit are designed in this device, so several typical electrical faults of numerical controlled milling machine can be set. Teacher sets some faults, then students troubleshoot the faults on the operating unit based on analysis and judgment. By this way this device achieves the functions of fault repair assessment for numerical controlled milling machine.
