Description

QSSJCH-CF1 Numerical controlled lathe maintenance skills training and assessment device (two axes cross sliding table)
This device is specially developed for vocational colleges, vocational education and training institutions, it is consisted by numerical control system, AC servo unit, speed control unit, cooling control unit, tool post control unit, transformer, mesh plate, auxiliary function unit and cross sliding table. With the training by this device, students can achieve the abilities on numerical controlled machine installation, wiring, debugging, fault diagnosis and maintenance etc. Students team cooperation ability, organizing ability, communication ability, professional quality and safety awareness can be tested here.
This device adopts integrated design, and it is consisted by base, electric cabinet, aluminum alloy guide rail type mounting platform. lathe system and operation panel are installed on the front side of electric cabinet, while four-station electric tool post, cooling motor, spindle motor and encoder are installed on the lower Numerical controlled part of numerical controlled system. A mesh plate is installed on the back side, and VFD, servo motor, contactor, relay, fuse holder, circuit breaker, switch power supply, transformers, terminal blocks, cabling channel can be installed on it. Aluminum alloy guide rail installation platform adopts 40 * 80 specifications, and cross sliding table and tri-color light are installed on it.
Cross sliding table is consisted by base, ball screw nut pair, square linear guide pair, bearings, motor bearings, bearing support and mobile platforms, etc. The base adopts casting structure, the working platform adopts steel material. By cross slide disassembling training, students can master adjustment methods of the levelness of the working platform, the parallelism between the guide screw, verticality between X and Z axes. The using of level vial, dial indicator, vernier caliper, and the method to measure mechanical precision can be learned at the same time.
The numerical controlled system can choose the manufacturers such as Siemens, FANUC, huazhong, etc. It will be satisfy the training teaching of different types of machine, and the control signals have been connected to mesh plate terminal row.

QSSJCH-CF2 Numerical controlled milling machine maintenance skills training and assessment device (three axes cross sliding table)
This device has the same configurations and functions as QSSJCH-CF1 numerical controlled lathe. The numerical controlled milling system is selected, and the three axes cross sliding table is equipped.
