QSSJCS-XF1 Integrated numerical controlled milling machine training system (FANUC)
This system is consisted by training table and actual small milling machine. It can realize several training tasks for numerical controlled system such as: installation and debugging, parameter setting, PLC programming, fault diagnosis and maintenance, numerical controlled milling machine adjustment, numerical controlled programming and operations. The actual small milling machine is consisted by milling bed, headstock, feed drive system, knife changing device and auxiliary device. It has the ability to carry out practical lathe works for PVC and organic glass.

This system is consisted by training table, actual small lathe and actual small milling machine, and open architecture and module design are adopted. It combines the electronic control systems of numerical controlled lathe and numerical controlled milling machine into a same training table, and expands the electronic control signals of these two machines on the panel at the same time. It can realize the on-line-measurement which will be easy for designing and operation. In training, user can switch the system to control either lathe or milling machine according to their needs. It can realize several training tasks for numerical controlled machine such as: installation and debugging, parameter setting, PLC programming, fault diagnosis and maintenance, numerical controlled programming and operations.
