QS-SDKZ Servo control training device
This device is consisted by PLC (Mitsubishi FA series), configuration software, programming software, servo motor and driver. It is developed with the idea of innovation and high efficiency. Easily achieved, rationally designed. This device has the advantages of high accuracy on interpolation for arbitrary curve, and the reaction speed is fast. It can be used for Mitsubishi PLC training teaching and relevant courses designing and testing in colleges, and also can be used for training device for engineering and technical persons.

QSPLC-DT3 Transparent four-layer elevator simulation training model
This model is developed on the basis of “frequency conversion technology”, ”programmable control technology”, “modern elevator control technology” and so on. It is consisted by PLC, frequency conversion, sensor application, position control, complex switching control and sequential logic control. It can be applied as course training in elevator and industrial automation major in colleges, or as expertise training in employment training center and elevator repairing managements.
This model is made of transparent organic materials. The common up-and-down structure and all functions are exactly the same as real elevator.
The intelligent electrical control and AC frequency conversion (VVVF) can be realized by using PLC. The hardware configuration and the functions are exactly the same as real elevator. Many functions can be realized, such as: automatic leveling, automatic door opening and closing, quick response to the call signal inside and outside the elevator, going forward, protection of safe operation of the elevator, elevator sudden stopping, slow rising, slow descending, illumination, fans, etc.
Open structure is selected here for both software and hardware, and schools can do secondary development researches with this device.
