Description

This device is developed on the basis of “hydraulic drive”, “hydraulic drive and control”, “hydraulics technology” and other teaching program. It is consisted by real hydraulic components, executive modules, relay modules, PLC programming and KingView configuration monitor technology. All components are designed in modules and all speed control valves, selector valves, throttle valves, check valves, overflow valves, hydraulic cylinders and load are set in independent modules. The training platform has a network structure style plate so that students can combine their own hydraulic circuit and control system and integrate oil pipes to make a needed hydraulic system for training. Traditional measuring instrument such as pressures gauges, flow meters, and data acquisition system based on virtual instrument technology are equipped in this device, so intelligent data collect, analyze, process and automatically curves generation can be realized. This device has the characteristic of strong operation, and can be fit for the requirements of different level in school training.
