Description

On the basis of simulating engineering field, this device is specifically designed according to the characteristics of building intellectualization in construction industry for training teaching. It is combined with computer technology, network communication technology, integrated wiring technology, DDC technology, etc. Through this device, trainees can strengthen their ability in the building intellectualization systems design, installation, wiring, programming, debugging, operation, maintenance, etc. This device is suitable for teaching and training in such majors as building intellectualization engineering, mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
This system is based on intelligent building model on the structure. It is consisted by some typical structures, such as intelligent building, intelligent community, intelligent building management center and corridors. It also covers six systems: intercom access control, security, video monitoring, fire control, integrated wiring and DDC lighting. Each system can run independently, and also can cooperate with each other. Through training, the system can test students' ability of team cooperation, planning and organization, building equipment installation and commissioning, engineering implementation, career quality and communication, etc.
The structure and composition of the system
Training system uses intelligent building models, including intelligent building, intelligent community, management center and corridors. This system has main power box, security control box, fire control box, lighting and DDC control box.
The intelligent building is designed to a two layer model, which can realize engineering training for fire protection, video monitoring and integrated wiring systems.
Corridors and intelligent community have unit doors and single doors respectively, which can realize engineering training for equipment installation of intercom and access control system in intelligent community, and can realize the function of visual intercom between single door and unit door.
The management center can realize the function of centralized monitoring and management for intelligent building and intelligent community, which contains management equipment of each functional area, such as the management center machine, video monitor station and fire control host.
Fire protection system should be installed in the intelligent building and management center area, which has fire pump, exhaust fan, fire shutter.
Typical monitoring equipment should be installed in the intelligent building, management center and corridors area, which can realize the function of video monitoring for the main entrances and exits and key areas.
This system has infrared radiation around the intelligent building model, and curtain detectors on the room windows in intelligent community, which realize the typical function of perimeter defense in construction industry.
