This device is developed based on techniques of Siemens automation system under PLC control, which sets PLC simulation experiment, PLC control experiment, network control experiments, adjustment and operation of large system in one body.
The whole structure of the system can be divided into three layers: the first layer is for computer monitoring management, the second is for S7-300 field main control, which communicates with the first layer through industrial Ethernet, the second also has a LOGO! module, which uses AS-I to communicate, the third is S7-200 field control, which communicates with the second layer through Profibus-DP. The third layer of the system can be equipped with several S7-200 field controls, which make the whole experiment group to be a network laboratory. The contents of this device are arranged from easy to difficult, from simulation to real object, from single experiment to network experiment. Keeping pace with the development of control technology, the designers can take full consideration of the demands of school who establish the industrial automation control laboratory, and the needs of the students to conduct the experiment, to complete curriculum design and graduation design needs, and the expectation of the school to undertake a project.
