This device selects aluminum alloy groove structure as the whole skeleton, and is consisted by running stacker part, feeding detecting part, machine hand carrying part, belt material transferring part, material automatic detection part, sorting and warehouse entering part and others. Each part connects tightly and runs orderly. Students can assemble, change program and debugging freely.
The main control system adopts integrated modular structure including PLC module, VFD module, button module, power supply module, cylinder, belt, terminal block, a variety of sensors and other components.
