The device is specially designed for refrigeration major in vocational colleges. According to the characteristics of air conditioner maintenance technology in refrigeration industry, the features of electrical control system, refrigeration system, system debugging, trouble diagnosis in air conditioner, this device is designed to reinforce student's comprehensive ability about piping installation, maintenance and debugging of air conditioner and refrigerator.
This device is consisted by air conditioner system module, power supply module, instrument module and air conditioner electrical control model. It removes all components and pipelines from outdoor unit except for fan and condenser. The plane is installed in the open, so they can be assembly and disassembly by students easily, thus make students to master the system procession clearly. The system circuit is removed too, through the system fault which set up by PLC system, training maintenance function can be meet. All refrigeration operations can be realized in this device.
This device combines refrigeration system, electrical control system, fault simulation system into a whole. The structure is clear and compact, and is consistent with the actual cooling system and electrical system. The schematic diagram is painted on the training stage while the voltage measurement points are set. When a fault is set, students should analyze the possible reasons according to the principles, determine the scope of the fault occurred, and troubleshooting. It is suitable for skills identification and assessment.
